1. Acceptance of Terms
PDP Platform provides the services described on this site subject to these Terms & Conditions. By accessing the website, deploying the software, or using any PDP products you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and any referenced policies (Privacy Policy, Documentation).
2. Service Description
The platform delivers enterprise forecasting (PowerForecast), decision automation (PowerDecision), and constraint optimization (PowerSolver). Typical use cases include demand forecasting, business rule execution, workforce scheduling, vehicle routing, and resource allocation. We may enhance, replace, or discontinue features to improve performance or comply with regulations.
PowerForecast
Statistical time-series forecasting with probabilistic outputs and uncertainty quantification.
PowerDecision
DMN-based decision automation with full explainability and audit trails.
PowerSolver
Constraint satisfaction and optimization engine for planning and scheduling problems.
3. Accounts & Security
3.1 Registration
You must provide accurate contact information, maintain valid licensing credentials, and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for actions performed under your account until you notify us of a suspected compromise.
3.2 Security Practices
Enable multi-factor authentication when available, rotate passwords periodically, and only invite trusted collaborators. Immediately contact support@planningpowertools.com if you detect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from PDP Platform products.
- Upload malicious scripts, spam, or data you do not have the right to process.
- Circumvent usage limits, licensing terms, or authentication safeguards.
- Share accounts with third parties or resell the service without written permission.
- Use solver output to violate labor laws, contractual obligations, or privacy regulations.
5. Licensing & Deployment
PDP Platform is licensed for on-premise or private cloud deployment. Licensing terms, scope, and renewal conditions are defined in your individual licensing agreement. Contact us for custom licensing arrangements.
6. Service Availability & Data Handling
PDP Platform is provided "as is." While we target high availability for hosted services, maintenance windows may occur. For on-premise deployments, availability depends on your infrastructure. We are not liable for lost productivity or other damages resulting from downtime. Maintain backups of your configurations and data to avoid disruption.
Your data remains under your control, especially with on-premise deployments. We do not sell customer data or use it for advertising. Additional details are outlined in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
PDP Platform, including logos, documentation, and compiled software bundles, remain the intellectual property of PDP Platform or its licensors. You receive a non-transferable license to use the service for your internal business purposes per your licensing agreement. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without obligation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDP Platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. Material updates will be communicated via email or through our website. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
