Refund Policy

1. Free Trial & Evaluation
Every account starts with a free tier that supports up to 1,000 row operations per wizard flow. Please use the free tier to validate compatibility, performance, and feature coverage before upgrading to a paid plan. Trials do not automatically convert into subscriptions; you must confirm checkout explicitly.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
2.1 New Subscriptions
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the initial charge if the service does not meet your expectations. We may ask for feedback to help us improve, but it is optional.
2.2 Partial Credits
Outside the initial 14 days we can offer prorated credits when:
- An outage prevents you from using the Planning Wizard for more than 48 consecutive hours.
- A critical issue we acknowledged in writing remains unresolved for 15 days.
- We materially change the product in a way that removes a capability you depend on.
2.3 Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Month-to-month renewals after the 14-day window.
- Enterprise or volume contracts governed by separate agreements.
- Accounts suspended for policy or legal violations.
- Usage that exceeded 250,000 row operations in the billing cycle.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@planningpowertools.com from your account address.
- Include the purchase date, invoice ID, and a short description of the issue.
- Attach screenshots or logs if you encountered technical errors.
We acknowledge every request within one business day and typically resolve cases in 3–5 business days.
4. Processing & Timelines
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
- Card issuers may take 5–10 business days to display the credit.
- Once refunded, premium features revert to the free tier immediately.
5. Subscription Management
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation prevents future charges but keeps premium access active until the end of the paid period. Deleting your account also cancels renewals automatically.
